To get the full benefits, think about a goal – otherwise known as a sankalpa, to have in mind for this session. Holding an awareness of a goal you’d like to achieve, short permission based statements such as “I am allowed to relax” or “I am healthy happy and relaxed” help to bring the thought into your belief system allowing it to become your reality.
